EXPLANATION FOR THE THEMATIC OPTION: INTEGRATING VIEW OF "ECOLOGIC CIVIL PLANNING"

Based on the already mentioned monographic aspects, several supporting arguments for the establishment of the Health and Leisure Complex in the hereabouts of the village of Sacaramb are very important. These arguments have been supported by The European Society for Radiance Technique and Spiritual Harmony (SETRAS). It is named after the mountain that borders Sacaramb, called Setras. In 1994, the society has proposed to establish an International Health Center at Sacaramb, for using the complementary therapies for the benefit of people. These intentions were presented in an article hosted in a widely read magazine. The president of the society, Mister Alexandru Pavel Tokar, wrote the article. 

“SETRAS supports the argument that it is he ideal location for connecting to universal energy (...). Here, we have a huge center that represents a very important channel of communication with the Universe. The vibrations of the place are very high and positive for human health. Specialists in radiant technique, that have accomplished several measurements at Sacaramb, explain the highest concentration of positive energy (700 times bigger than in a usual site) by the existence of the former volcanic cone where the locality is situated. Due to its pyramidal shape, it gathers pure cosmic energy. The massive layers of gold and noble metals that, on one hand, allow terrestrial energies to penetrate and on the other hand, amplify pure cosmic energy by reflection reflect this energy.

Radi-esthesists call Sacaramb THE TEMPLE OF MOTHER GODDESS. They have identified one of the tops of "The Triangle of Life": Manipura (ocean of energy corresponding to the solar plexus). The other two tops have to be situated in the Rarau Mountains (The Centre of the Heart) and Sumleu (The Center of the Crown). 

According to a first variant, The Complex of Human Optimisation imagined by SETRAS, should have the following objectives: 

· Complex of Recovery and Cure by complementary strategies;

· Complex of hotels, with auxiliary sections for pleasure and human optimisation;

· Center for very intelligent (abandoned) children by spiritual initiation and for “evergreen mature persons”;

· Campus for “aged people that we steel have a need of”.

As the result of the discussions we had, we have established the following stages of designing:

— a first stage should include the designing of the first two objectives, called „Health and Leisure Complex” SETRAS-SACARÂMB.

— the second stage should accomplish the last two objectives.

Once this stage is concluded, we would be able to open it for the international public and shall name it ICHTHUS: International Complex for Human Therapy and Unity of Spirit.
